Hey guys, I am so sorry that I’ve been inactive the past few weeks, I’ve been occupied with books and writing my book (I know, I keep using my writing as an excuse and I’m sorry- I have set a deadline in my mind to finish it so I’m focusing most of my attentions on that) so I haven’t posted the reviews for the three books I read after The Start of Me and You so if they made it into my favourites I will put a little review with it so you know a few of my thoughts on it. Okay, here we go!
August Favourites

As I said in my review, I adored this book despite not reading it in one sitting – will definitely be re-reading this!

This is one of three books I read/ partly read in August but didn’t post reviews for, and words cannot describe how much I loved TSoS. Ali once again enthralled me with her words, and I felt like was there in the book, experiencing everything as the characters did – and I love the fact it was once again set in Ireland where another book of hers is set, as part of me comes from Ireland so I was thrilled and excited to start reading it.

I smiled, laughed, cried and got angry reading this one. It touched my heart, and I won’t be forgetting it ( or indeed getting rid of it) any time soon; I will be keeping it for a long time.

Loved it, loved it, loved it! A wonderful debut from Louise
Though I enjoyed the other books I read in August: The Watchmaker of Filigree Street, What not to do if you turn invisible and The Holiday Home , they were overshadowed by these four above.
Currently Reading
I’ve decided to do currently readings with my monthly favourites rather than TBRs to put less pressure on myself, so here is what I am currently reading 🙂 .
The Miseducation of Cameron Post by Emily M. Danforth
Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire by J.K Rowling (for my fan-fic project)
Stay true to yourself, and don’t ever let anyone deter you from the course you wish to take.
Kath xoxo
