It’s hard to decide my favourites for May, because I enjoyed and loved all of them, but here we go. I will say, if you didn’t see my Snow Like Ashes review, I didn’t carry on with the series so only read…four books last month.

Loved the plot, most of the characters, and the book sleeve is beautiful. Also loved the fact it’s set in a sort of post-apocalyptic world where electricity and everything has been destroyed, and the people have branched off into different “tribes”

I loved the book cover, and plot, as well as a few of the characters. There was also tension and suspense in places which I loved (not mentioned in my review) and there was also something totally unexpected happened too- though I won’t say at which point in the book

This one was such an exhilarating read: it was filled with magic, adventure, suspense and friendship
Although I loved The Hate U Give, I didn’t always understand what was being said because of the dialect, so I feel like that may be the reason it didn’t make it into my May Faves.
Right, onto this month’s TBR!
Maresi by Maria Turtschaninoff (currently reading)
The GIRL of INK & STARS by Kiran Millwood Hargrave
INGO by Helen Dunmore
THE TIDE KNOT by Helen Dunmore
THE DEEP by Helen Dunmore
THE CROSSING OF INGO by Helen Dunmore
I can’t wait to re-read the INGO series! I haven’t read them since I was…16? Four years!!
Okay, until the next post!
